Abstract

In-vivo BRAIN-DISTRIBUTION STUDIES OF CURCUMIN LOADED NANOEMULSION FOR NOSE TO BRAIN DELIVERY

The aim of present investigation is to develop in vivoBrain-Distribution analysis for nose to brain targeting of curcumin loadednanoemulsion (CRM-NE) via olfactory and trigeminal nerve pathways. For nose tobrain drug delivery analysis in terms of DTP (Direct Nose to Brain TransportPercentage) & DTE (Drug Targeting Efficiency). These findings are inconsequence with related reports by that nano emulsions increase nose-to-brainuptake of drugs.
